How to Use Adobe Connect Breakout RoomsIn a past post, 3 Ways Breakout Sessions Can Improve Web Meetings, I discussed using time more effectively by doing two things at once.  If you are having a large meeting and an discussion or activity you have planned only applies to a portion of your team, you can use breakout rooms to allow those who wouldn’t benefit from one topic to work on another project. 

This video illustrates how this can be accomplished with Adobe Connect.  In the video, you’ll learn how to:

Set up a breakout room layout.
Assign participants to specific breakout rooms or randomly distribute them.
Enable the team to chat with each other in between rooms.
Set up whiteboard and notes pods.
Share whiteboards and notes pods with the entire group in the main meeting area.
